Job Description


The Marketing Manager is responsible for support in the planning, development, and execution of all marketing, branding, advertising, communications and public relations initiatives for Spherexx. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Brand Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to support lead generation and brand awareness through successful marketing campaign management for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.

The Marketing Manager ensures Spherexx’s message is distributed and monitored across channels and to targeted audiences to meet sales objectives. This includes seeking out new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile platforms, video/multimedia, and social media.


Support strategic sales goals related to social media metrics, advertising, and digital and traditional marketing campaign initiatives.

Execute marketing strategies to support the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Monitor KPI’s for marketing initiatives across the company/brands.

Assist in execution of comprehensive tactical marketing strategies for Spherexx products and services, parent brand awareness, and industry thought leadership.

Create and propagate an enthusiastic brand message (parent and product) that will resonate with our target demographic(s).

“Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.

  • Proven experience as Marketing Manager, Marketing Associate, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.).
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
  • Understanding of different business disciplines and department functionality (IT, finance, dev, sales, etc.).
  • Utilizes both creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
