We’re looking for an endlessly creative Videographer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves the challenge of discovering engaging and innovative ways to tell stories. Part director, part sound and lighting guru, and part editor, you’ll be the hands-on visionary with a terrific eye for capturing all the little things (as well as the big and medium things).

You get the technical stuff (like which equipment to use, or how to set up the shots you need). You get the non-technical stuff (people and what moves them, no matter who they may be). And when it comes to creating original content, you’re figuratively bursting with ideas from starting storyboards to putting the final touches on transitions, title cards, and animations.  

We’ll depend on you to fuel our creativity with impactful social, digital, and brand activation campaigns across clients and channels, for video projects ranging from self-shot to directing talent and large crew, on-location or in-studio, together with our in-house editor and larger Creative team.



  • Working alongside various members of the Creative team to create video or film products
  • Producing write-ups, scripts, and storyboards to help sell in ideas and kick-off campaigns
  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience, and developing creative approach to match
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • Managing projects, on and off-location, and working within a budget
  • Figuring out what type of equipment to use for each project
  • Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
  • Calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Preparing background film or “B” rolls as well as live feed
  • Interviewing people and creating a film clip via editing raw footage
  • Performing post-production duties in collaboration with an editor to produce final video
  • Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
  • Adding graphics and special effects to a video
  • Delivering projects within specified time frames
  • Keeping files, workflows, and production suite in an organized state
  • Developing knowledge of newest production techniques and best-in-class social content to deliver optimized footage



  • Understanding of, and keen interest in capturing and creating stories about technology or the tech space in particular
  • Great communicator and problem solver - ability to bring others along with your ideas and keep everyone aligned with expected outcomes
  • Experience directing (show reel required)
  • Strong editing skills (examples required)
  • Experience of creative and coherent script writing and treatment creation
  • Experience of working with large and small crews, and on your own.
  • Hands on filmmaking/cinematography experience using DSLR (or more)
  • Understanding of, and keen interest in cinematography and lighting
  • Basic sound recording and Boom Op skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Inspirational and visionary with the self-drive to maintain and improve creative standards
  • Team player with flexibility to step in when needed on any project
  • A keen eye with meticulous attention to the small details
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience
  • Agency or social media experience strongly preferred
