In NYC, we have a growing, dynamic team of 50 people with a focus on pushing brave, innovative work for some of the biggest companies on the planet.



The insights team work with live social data to measure social activations, in order to provide conversational insights and build social strategies, supporting the measurement and evaluation needs of a creative agency. This role is to work on the campaign evaluation side of the business and to develop and implement measurement frameworks



  • Devise and manage the data collection and storage processes for social media campaigns

  • Responsible for social data collection

  • Work with development team to ensure data quality and innovate processes where possible

  • To develop and implement social media measurement frameworks and KPIs

  • To present measurement frameworks to clients.

  • Continuously develop knowledge of WOM and social media and train junior team

  • Produce, visualise and analyse metrics for client reports, and to have an appreciation of the quality required for client reports

  • Support, train and mentor Junior and Social Media Analyst insights team.

  • Work with client service teams in their understanding of social media measurement

  • Work with data suppliers and other 3rd party data experts to help develop our  data visualisation and presentation



  • A passionate and entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong desire to lead the field in social media measurement

  • Expert in social data collection

  • Data visualisation

  • Experience of social APIs

  • Proven research and analytical experience at level in social or digital

  • Agency experience preferable

  • A diligent team player, able to work effectively with all functions within the business

  • Ability to look beyond the numbers towards recommendations and action

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Successful end to end delivery of analytical projects

  • Experience in mentorship junior employees

  • Be Microsoft Office proficient, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Keen interest in business intelligence platforms – Datasift, Radian 6



  • Bachelor degree, MBA or Masters in quantitative studies
