ROLE

Assist the Relationship team with all business regarding all elements of the engagement and approach with voices, including BaseCamp management & offline strategy, planning & execution of events.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns

  • Assist with building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations

  • Maintaining a consistent understanding & competence on Profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Online Influential Voices

  • Assist with leading profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience

  • Responsible for ensuring the Profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered too

  • Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations

  • Responsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenance

  • Managing the voices database to ensure on-going accuracy of data across all campaigns

  • Assist in overseeing event planning, execution and performance.

  • Ensuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure

 

KEY SKILLS

  • 1 – 2 years of experience

  • Bachelor degree

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate a clear understanding of complex information with a problem solving approach

  • Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organisation are key to this role

  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity

  • Experience using BaseCamp

  • Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Passionate, energetic and confident
